Large Abstracts Fragments Exhibition 2025
I'm taking a break from my signature style with these large abstracts. Its a lesson in letting go. I've called this series Fragments.
“I don't usually paint abstract art … I have really enjoyed exploring this new idea. I particularly like the textured, looser style I have used here. … This exploration culminates in Fragments, a current abstract exhibition at ArtSelect in Newmarket. In these new works, layers of past imagery peek through expressive textures, inviting the viewer to uncover hidden narratives and feel the energy of transformation. What began as a boundary‑pushing experiment has blossomed into a powerful artistic statement—raw, textural, and open to interpretation. The Fragments collection reflects the artist's exploration of fragmentation and transformation.
